 Note: NAVHDA requires that the owner of the dog, the handler at the test and the dog be NAVHDA registered.  

  

All registration numbers, including the dog as well as owner/handler must be on the form. Without this, the form is incomplete and will not be accepted. We are not holding spots with incomplete forms and/or dogs/handlers that are not prepared and registered.

Test Entry Form

 ALL of the form must be complete including registration numbers. Once the test is set in the coming days, payment requests will be sent out. You will have 48 hours to remit your payment or the spot will be forfeited, that spot will be offered to the next dog on the wait list, and your entry will be moved to the bottom of the wait list.

Refund Policy

A 75% refund will be given up until the 30th day before the first day of the testing weekend if the spot can be filled;

For cancellation less than 30 days before the first day of the test no refunds will be given.

Medical Exception

 The total test entry fee will be refunded if the dog or handler is unable to participate for medical reasons. The written request must be accompanied by a letter from a Physician or Veterinarian stating the handler or dog is unable to participate.
